Randy is an American Concrete Institute, certified nozzleman as well a certified pool contractor. Shotcrete pools are one of the most popular designs in much of the United States. His knowledge and combined expertise ensure a quality pool is built.

3. Grade / Plumbing

We will rough grade the deck area and back-fill the pool shell. All plumbing is pressure tested to assure there are no leaks.

5. Coping / Tile

We offer brick, travertine and stone shell coping and we have a huge selection of standard waterline tiles to choose from. If your project includes coping, it will be installed prior to the pool deck. If your project does not include coping, the next step will be constructing the deck, then tile is installed.

4. Deck Construction

All deck types will be water jetted and compacted prior to the deck installation. We will grade the soil for proper concrete thickness, pour concrete at the correct slump and properly saw cut the deck. These are all essential to minimize deck cracking. If your deck is pavers, we will install the concrete footer first for deck and cage support.

6. Deck Texture

Flo-Crete texture is applied to all concrete pool decks. At this phase the deck is painted with a primer paint. If your deck is a paver deck, at this point we will install the paver pool deck.

10. Final grade and Clean Up

Of course, we keep our jobsites clean and orderly through the construction process. At the end of construction, we provide a final grade and a final clean of the yard. The yard will be ready for sod restoration upon completion including proper drainage slopes.
